Sometimes we seem pretty happy holding  grudges, pain, anger.  Forgiveness is hard, letting go of angst is hard.  We create a happy, comfortable role for ourselves, and name ourselves victims.       Our lives sometimes are defined by our grief.   Forgiveness does allow for continuing existing boundaries we may have created in response to a particular grievance.  and can release us from the overwhelming pain caused by holding  negative feelings.

Question for today…what can you forgive in your life?  well two questions I guess; how will forgiveness impact your life in a positive fashion?
